Here is the schedule of events for our October 12-15, 2017 Combat Camera Reunion in Colorado Springs, Co. Details about the reunion may be found here on the website.
The hospitality room is named the Breckenridge and is on the 2nd floor. The banquet will be in the Pikes Peak Ballroom on the first floor. The reunion meeting will be in the Rampart room on the 3rd floor. The icebreaker will be in the lounge adjacent to the main bar.
Thursday October 12th
Hospitality Suite will open at noon.
Registration will start at noon.
There will be an AV Presentation by Steve McGill in the Lounge adjacent to the main bar from 5 to 6 PM.
Icebreaker will run from 6 to 9 PM.
Friday October 13th
7:00 AM to 11:00 AM: Full Breakfast Buffet in the Hotel Dining Room.
8:30 AM: Bus departs hotel for the Air Force Academy Tour.
9:15 AM: Bus arrives at Academy Visitor Center.
9:30 to 10:30: Tour and Group Photo at Air Force Academy Chapel.
10:45 to 11:30: Tour Vietnam Museum.
11:45 to 12:45 : Lunch
1:00: Depart Academy for Garden of the Gods.
1:30 to 3:00: Arrive and tour Garden of the Gods.
3:00 Depart Garden of the Gods.
3:30: Arrive at the Hotel
Saturday October 14th:
7:00 AM to 11:00 AM: Breakfast Buffet in the Main Dining Room.
9:00 AM: Meeting and Discussion adjoining the Main Banquet Room. All are invited to attend.
11:00 to 12:00: Lunch
13:00 Caravan departs for Peterson AFB tour of the Air and Space Museum and the WWII Museum.
3:30 Arrive Back at Hotel.
6:00 PM to 6:30 PM Cocktail reception adjacent to the Main Bar.
6:30 PM to 9:30 PM Banquet Main Banquet Room.
