12:00noon – 5:00pm: Registration: Check in and receive name tag, program, ticket for tonight’s reception and Charleston Visitors Guide. Sign up for Charleston AFB and Patriots Point tours.
9:00am – 11:00pm: Sumter Room -Hospitality Suite open. Complimentary snacks and beverages (including beer and wine) provided every day.
5:00pm – 7:00 pm: Hors d’oeuvre Reception with no host bar in the Harborview Dance Floor Area.
Friday, September 28
7:30am – 8:30am: Full breakfast buffet in the Hotel dining room
8:30am – 11:00pm: Hospitality Suite open.
8:30am: Board vans for visit to Charleston AFB. (We will have two or three 15pax vans for transport to the base)
9:00am: Arrive at 1st Combat Camera Squadron
9:15am – View two videos
9:45am – Individuals dressed in different uniforms with full gear” ready to explain their deployments.
10:00am – Individual questions from visitors and hands on equipment.
11:00am – Lunch in the compound
12:30pm – Get on bus to go out to flight line for C-17 Static display
12:45pm – Get off bus for group photo in front of C-17 Aircraft. Group shot taken by 1 CTCS Photographers.
1:00pm – Tour of C-17 by Combat Camera Flyers
2:00pm – Depart flight line for static display of baseball field aircraft
2:15pm – Exit bus to tour aircraft.
2:45pm: Return to hotel for free time – sightseeing of Charleston Historic District, dinner on your own.
Another option: one or more vans could go to the BX/Commissary if enough people so desire.
Saturday, September 29
8:00am – 9:00am: Full breakfast buffet in the Hotel dining room
8:30am – 11:00pm: Hospitality Suite open.
9:30am – 3:30pm: Transport to Patriots Point
4:30pm – 6:00pm: Sumter Room: Meeting and discussion. Attendees will determine the site for next year’s reunion. Our webmaster, Jim Pearson will give a short briefing of how to create a post, publish it, add photos, and edit the finished post on our website: USAFCombatcamera.org
6:00pm – 7:00pm: Cocktail Reception. Harbor View Restaurant
7:00pm – 10:00pm: Buffet Dinner. Harbor View Restaurant.
