From Ken Hackman: To all Reunion Attendees especially the ones who have come to me and indicated they were not getting the proper room rate for the hotel. I have checked back to February when we initially approached the Holiday Inn about holding the reunion there. All the rates quoted by the hotel were $98.00 per night for Wednesday and Thursday and $128.00 per night for Friday and Saturday. I can find nothing that indicates the $88.00 and $118.00 rates, sorry I screwed up!
The correct rates, $98.00 and $128.00 were higher then some of the other hotels we checked. However the Holiday Inn location is good and when we compared with other cheaper hotels I was advised that we would not be happy. This coupled with the fact that included with each room we get a free buffet breakfast every day helped us decide on the Holiday Inn.
