Here’s a Tentative schedule of our visit to the 1st Combat Camera Squadron:
28 Sept – Friday: Visit and tour 1st CTCS and Charleston AFB at 0900. Early afternoon luncheon barbecue (hamburgers & hotdogs) at the 1st CTCS.
0900 – Visitors arrive squadron and go into Conference room to be seated (need every chair available)
0915 – View two videos (TBD)
0945 – Individuals dressed in different uniforms with full gear ready to explain their deployments.
1000 – Individual questions from visitors and hands on equipment.
1100 – Lunch in the compound
1230 – Get on bus to go out to flight line for C-17 Static display
1245 – Get off bus for group photo in front of C-17 Aircraft. Group shot taken by 1 CTCS Photographers. Mr. Brown 8X10 Print.
1300 – Tour of C-17 by Combat Camera Flyers (at least four flyers)
1400 – Depart flight line for static display of baseball field aircraft
1415 – Exit bus to tour aircraft.
1445 – Board bus for departure off base back to Hotel (or to BX/Commissary visit)
Return to hotel mid-afternoon.
